Connes & Marcolli: Q-lattices generalize Conway's "Understanding groups like $\Gamma_0(N)$"

Has anyone generalized Conway's description of Hecke operators on lattices to the Q-lattices of Connes & Marcolli ?

Light may well be shone on moonshine thus.
